Our Mission & Vision
Mission: RSVP is dedicated to providing outstanding rehabilitative care that maximizes independence, wellness, and community participation for uninsured people with catastrophic injuries.
Vision: ability for all
RSVP would like to especially thank the following donors who have allowed for further support of our mission during the coronavirus pandemic: Myers Family Foundation, Lanig Family Fund, Rose Community Foundation, and Cedar Cares (see partners page for more information).
Recognizing that uninsured individuals with disabilities in our Colorado community lacked access to rehabilitation services, a group of rehabilitation professionals joined together in early 2015 with the hope to create a clinic where they could volunteer their time and skills to provide care to these patients.
Since opening on April 2, 2017, we are proud of the impact we've made in the community so far and look forward to expanding our footprint further.
Interdisciplinary assessments and treatment, care coordination in the community, and equipment evaluations and scripting
On our first clinic day, we had 28 volunteers arrive to help care for 3 patients.
All funds donated to our clinic go toward direct or indirect patient care costs. Our board and clinic staff are volunteers.
Our team is raising awareness and advocating for our patients through ongoing research. Check out recent publications here
